Excellent city views, unique historical ambiance, pet-friendly services

The elevator never worked during my stay, forcing me to use the stairs, which is not ideal!!! Also, the lack of daily cleaning service, especially for longer stays, felt quite inconvenient!!!

The room decor was outdated, and the shower pressure was disappointing.

My experience was marred by several shortcomings. Despite the staff's kindness, my room was lacking in cleanliness. the bathroom hadn't been adequately attended to, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, there was an issue with the dishwasher. it was dirty and full upon my arrival. Access was a challenge too, as the building is situated on a steep hill, which made hauling my luggage quite a workout.

Had a great time with friends! Our room was spacious with a kitchenette. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the National Opera and the Rhône embankment. Plus, the view from our room was stunning with easy access to public transport.

The only downside was the steep hill to access the property, which can be tough if you're carrying luggage.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The staff even helped me find a lost earring during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Comfortable Stay with Great City Views

We enjoyed our spacious room with a separate kitchen area that allowed us to prepare meals. Parking was easy to find at a fair rate. Don't miss the buffet breakfast. it was always fresh and plentiful. A short walk downhill led us to the metro, making exploration simple.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I appreciated having a kitchenette which was perfect for preparing quick meals. I enjoyed a lovely garden view from my room, which added a nice touch to my mornings.

Had a nice stay for 5 nights! The room was spacious with a comfy bed. I loved opening the window for fresh air. Relaxing in the sun terrace was a bonus, although the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. I'd definitely suggest this place for a chill getaway! 🌞
